Asesor Regional de Servicio
Asegurar y coordinar el soporte técnico y de servicio postventa para Autobuses Mercedes Benz, brindando atención oportuna a la Red de Distribuidores y clientes flotilleros mediante asistencia remota (OLA MB y Xentry) y presencial cuando sea necesario. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas de venta de mano de obra y contribuir a la calidad del servicio, la fidelización del cliente y el logro de los objetivos operativos y comerciales.
Estamos buscando a una o un: Asesor Regional de Servicio
En esta posición empleado tú serás responsable de:
- Dar seguimiento al programa de reuniones con Distribuidores y CARyS, registrando acuerdos en CRM.
- Desarrollar junto con Refacciones y Mercadotecnia kits de mantenimiento preventivo, reparación y
