The Developer is responsible for successful completion of development projects and incorporates the role of a technical expert. With this the function contributes to state of the art knowledge in the development team. As technical specialist the Developer works on novel ideas & innovations and consults project teams, peers and customers.
- Contributes with new developments to the product strategy within the development team.
- Performs product benchmarking.
- Identify strategic technology partners (suppliers customers ...) supporting the TechCentre and R&D; strategies.
- Leads technical development projects.
- Realise product pipelines, develop aspects of the product portfolio.
- Works compliant to quality guidelines as well as legal and safety regulations.
- Safeguard that development results fit to technical customer and product expectations.
- Ensure proper documentation of results and approvals.
- Contribute to innovations by cross-thinking and active utilization of acc. tools.
