Job Description
We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to support SMT equipment operations.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or similar engineering.

Experience
5 years in a similar position.

Knowledge
- Interpretation of schematic diagrams both pneumatic and electrical, focused on solving problems in SMT equipment.
- Calibration of CP and IP equipment, including software calibration using the PAM (Placement Accuracy Measurement).
- LED technology, focusing on assignments such as kinetics & cree color.
- Support of different equipment suppliers; interpreting the manuals sent by them.
- Methodologies for problem solving; DMAIC, CIMA, 5 why.

Skills
- Focused on the management of human resources (supervision).
- Focused on the management of material resources (request of parts with wear on the equipment).
- Results oriented.
- Analytical and able to make decisions.
- Adaptable to new work environment.
- Work under pressure.

Other Requirements
Computing skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) for analysis of information and reports focused on the improvement of SMT processes.
