The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to own the DSP product strategy and offer roadmap for Latin America (LATAM).

A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international geographies, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers. In Latin America, we face a uniquely dynamic environment—a competitive ecommerce landscape,



rapidly evolving last mile delivery models, and enormous growth potential that demands dedicated product leadership to unlock.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end DSP product strategy and roadmap for LATAM, serving as the primary bridge between the Global Offer organization and regional stakeholders. You will embed closely with local MX and BR teams to understand regional priorities, develop product solutions that address critical business challenges, and ensure global best practices are adapted and deployed in LATAM—while amplifying successful regional innovations globally. Depending on the candidates location, domestic and international travel to LATAM will be required up to 20% of the time.
