join our team and start your journey today## Responsibilities* ### Analyze quality performance indicators, including PPM, Scrap, Rework, First Pass Yield (FPY), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and Customer Complaints, to identify trends and implement improvement actions.* ### Investigate quality issues and determine root causes using problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto Analysis, and DMAIC.* ### Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.* ### Use Minitab, Power BI, and other statistical analysis tools to evaluate process performance and support data-driven decision-making.* ### Develop, maintain, and update Process Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documentation.* ### Develop and implement quality systems and manufacturing processes for new products, programs, and projects.* ### Manage corrective action activities related to customer complaint
