- Training and supporting manufacturing and quality team members in requirements, inspection, and test practices.
- Producing inspection reports based on results of inspection analysis; participating in measurement systems analysis.
- Collecting non-conformance data and maintaining and updating quality system documents.
- Manage BIQ and CQMS indicators
- Ensure specifications accomplishments
- Follow up to PPM's / SPC / FPY indicators.
- Participate in development of control plans in accordance with BIQ criteria and internal PPAP process.




- Weekly audit and internal PPAP indicator.
- Ensure the correct identification of non-conformance material.
- Non-compliant Product Audits.
- Ensure the traceability of the manufactured product.
- Ensure records of all released material.
- Participate on FMEA's and Flowcharts according to the Process requirement.
- Safety in your work equipment, SST.
