POSITION OBJECTIVE
Act as the primary point of contact for leaders at all levels of BRP, and as a secondary point of contact for employees, providing strategic people-related guidance. Ensure strong alignment between business objectives and HR strategies by translating business needs into actionable, value-driven people solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, with the ability to understand and influence business strategy and outcomes, while enhancing leader effectiveness and addressing business challenges

Role & Responsibilities

- Partner with management teams to drive business results by optimizing talent, organizational structure, processes, and culture.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders on people management, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
- Provide strategic and operational HR consulting across core initiatives, including performance management, talent review and succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, labor relations, and payroll.




- Collaborate daily with managers to address employee and organizational issues while developing short- and long-term HR strategies that enhance departmental performance and operational efficiency.
- Influence and support Centers of Excellence (COEs) in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that meet legal requirements, foster a positive work environment, and support organizational development goals.
- Leverage HR analytics and data insights to inform business decisions, including metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and workforce trends.
- Provide expert guidance and counsel to internal stakeholders on all human capital matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and equitable treatment across the organization.
- Promote and reinforce business ethics, company values, and compliance with employment laws and regulations at all organizational levels.
