is recruiting for an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support Sálvarcar Site manufacturing site in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. This role will be based in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Our Employee Health and Well-Being organization is dedicated to the total health of our employees. Following our EHW Integral Strategy and supported by our policies, programs, and resources, the Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor, a licensed doctor, will bring to life our effective approaches and strategies to serve our employees. As a Sálvarcar Shift Doctor, you are caring for the health of manufacturing employees on shift 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Will work with shift nurses to tend to all facets of patient care to include but not limited to medical surveillances, new hire exams, general patient care, etc. Reports directly to the shift lead.
- Work jointly with shift nurses to monitor distribution and inventory of medications, medical supplies, and other equipment. Report any discrepancies to shif
