About The Role
This is a hands‑on field role based in Monterrey or Querétaro, focused on building Overview’s presence across both regions through customer success and technical expertise.
You'll work directly with manufacturers in Monterrey, Querétaro, and surrounding industrial corridors, handling everything from initial discovery through successful production deployment.
You’ll spend 60–80% of your time on factory floors, supporting customers, identifying high‑impact use cases, and ensuring successful deployments. You’ll operate with real autonomy: no scripts, no hand‑holding.



You’ll be trusted to ask the right questions, make technical and commercial judgment calls in field environments, and move projects forward with support from Overview’s engineering team.
This is a high‑impact role for someone ready to grow technical expertise, build long‑term customer relationships, and establish themselves as a trusted technical resource across two of Mexico’s most important manufacturing hubs.

What You’ll Do
- Support customer onboarding from first conversation through production deployment
- Lead technical discovery, live demos, onsite evaluations, and troubleshooting on factory floors
- Identify and evaluate high‑impact inspection opportunities for deployment
- Execute hands‑on installations and troubleshooting with manufacturing teams
- Provide field insights and feedback to inform product and deployment strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing
