The RoleSupport the Regional Tax team in the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of tax processes across LATAM. This role contributes to creating a sustainable and controlled tax operating model by documenting existing processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, reducing operational risks, and strengthening the regional internal control framework. The project also ensures knowledge retention and supports the consistent execution of tax obligations across countries.What You'll DoConduct process mapping and documentation of current tax processes (as-is) across LATAM countries.Document direct tax, indirect tax, and tax-related administrative processes.Develop process flows, operating procedures, RACI matrices, control narratives, and supporting operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks within existing tax processes.Support the design and implementation of future-state standardized processes (to-be).Create operational manuals, flowcharts, checklists, and control guides.Organize, maintain,
