Where no two days are the same.## YOUR ROLE* Own end-to-end execution of the Design Change Coordination (DCC) process, from intake to closure.* Lead impact analysis across BOMs, plants, suppliers, and inventory to ensure smooth implementation of design changes.* Manage prioritization and execution trade-offs to balance timing, risk, and operational stability.* Act as escalation point for complex issues,



driving root cause resolution and cross-functional alignment.* Ensure data integrity across systems and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives## YOUR PROFILE* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.* 5–8+ years of experience in engineering operations, supply chain, or change management.* Experience managing end-to-end processes, cross-functional coordination, and operational performance.* Strong analytical skills with experience in impact analysis and decision-making.* Familiarity with PLM, ERP, BOM management, and reporting/analytics tools.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.* Experience mentoring or guiding teams is a plus.* Advanced English.* Hybrid work model based in Aguascalientes.* Valid passport and B1/B2 visa required## WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?* At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility
