Technical Project Manager - Senior
Education: Bachelors Degree (Industrial engineer, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems).

Experience
- Professional qualification with strong commercial focus
- 5+ years of experience preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processes

Knowledge
PMLC (Project Life cycle Management): Proven ability to lead projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure).

Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kan-ban, or Lean is highly valuable in today's fast-paced environment.

Risk Management: A track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.

Budget Management:



Experience in developing and managing project budgets, including cost control and forecasting.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (clients, team members, sponsors).

Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
