Returns SpecialistArrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team in the assembly of computing products. In this role as a Returns Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitate the product return and replacement process, providing comprehensive support to the warehouse.
- Assist with reviewing production returns to suppliers.
- Analyze data related to RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns, conducting RMA research, administrative tasks, training, and process improvements.
- Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers; perform system research, liaise with Sales for issue resolution, and create outbound sales orders to return products related to pick and ship returns, and apply appropriate charges.
- Investigate and research root causes for defective and nonconforming products, ensuring proper processing.




- Facilitate vendor returns to expedite returned products with suppliers and provide relevant data to supplier quality for trend analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance to investigate and resolve resale and costing issues as necessary.
- Report metrics pertaining to RMA issuance and vendor returns.
- Ensure timely publication of all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Adhere to departmental SLAs and serve as the initial escalation point for related teams to resolve or expedite issues around RMA issuance or supplier returns.

What We Are Looking For
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
