bYour Mission, Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT standards applicable to production.
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and development of team members.
- Ensure and facilitate compliance with applicable Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System controls within their area of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with the 7 Safety Fundamentals throughout the plant.
- Lead the company's Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (QCDP)



objectives and ensure that areas of responsibility achieve performance targets.
- Establish QCDP goals for each Autonomous Production Group (GAP) under their responsibility and implement improvement plans to achieve the desired results.
- Understand, interpret, and implement quality basics within their areas of responsibility to prevent defective products from being shipped to customers.
- Ensure compliance with the 7 Employee Empowerment Basics (7 EE Basics) within their areas of responsibility.
- Implement and continuously improve standardized work within their areas of responsibility.
- Maintain strict adherence to 5S standards.
- Establish effective communication with the UAP Manager, Production Supervisors from other shifts, and support functions to ensure transparent information flow and collaboration.
- Manage workshops and improvement activities aimed at increasing efficiency, improving quality, and reducing waste within their areas (HOSHIN, SMED).
