You will collaborate with strategic customers and international leaders to ensure sustainable operational growth and compliance with the highest standards in the medical device industry.
What You Will Do
- Lead the overall plant operation, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and profitability objectives.




- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
