- Maintain inventory levels according to TPI Composites targets.
- Maintain the Oracle system (open, delayed, and closed orders).
- Generate reports: MRP, shortages, DOS (Days of Supply), Min-Max.
- Handle return of non-conforming materials.
- Support production lines (development of new materials).
- Keep suppliers informed with purchase forecasts at 90% accuracy.
- Follow up on engineering changes.
- Track shortages through Oracle.
- Monitor customer approvals/validations.
- Follow up on job changes in Oracle.
- Monitor VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) releases.
- Comply with and enforce all provisions of the Internal Work Regulations of TPI.
- Ensure compliance with and promotion of TPI’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of Management System processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Maintain customer focus using risk-based thinking and continuous improvement of management systems.
