About the RoleWe need a Webflow Designer/Developer who can own our web presence end-to-end—from "here's what we're trying to accomplish" to live, polished pages that convert.
This is not a "receive wireframes and execute" role. You'll get a business objective ("we need a landing page for our new retreat location") and you'll run with it:



figure out the approach, design it beautifully, build it in Webflow, and ship it without breaking anything. You'll touch everything—growth experiments, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, product pages.
The work matters. You'll be shaping how people first encounter legal psychedelic therapy in the US. Get it right and you'll help someone find something that changes their life.
About the TeamWe're a small, fully remote team spread across the US, Mexico, Colombia, England, and Israel. You'll join our Growth Team, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating across marketing, sales, and product.
We work US Eastern hours (our Growth leadership is based in Medellín), so we need significant overlap with that timezone. We're particularly open to candidates based in Latin America.
