OverviewWe’re looking for an AdOps Manager to join our team in Mexico City and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Setting up and optimising advertising campaigns with different KPIs.
- Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivery and KPIs.
- Troubleshooting campaigns and deals, identifying opportunities to improve the current processes and tools.
- Implementing tracking technologies to provide additional measurement to clients and agencies.
- Identifying discrepancies and solving them with the internal team's support and the agency's involvement.




- Creating weekly and monthly reports for clients and other departments involved in the process of a campaign.
- Sharing optimisation insights and proposed adjustments to continue improving the campaign's results.
- Sharing best practices with internal teams to ensure our service and understanding of the product are at the highest level.
- Campaign invoicing with our finance team's support.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker in media agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or any related area.
- Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes.
- Have experience with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, Adform, SmartRTB+, Amazon DSP…
- Have knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
- Have experience with various tools, which include: Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Certification tools (IAS
