Modernize Home Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Visual Designer to join our growing Design Team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, concepting and executing design work that strengthens our brand, drives performance, and connects with homeowners and contractors alike. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality creative across a variety of channels, from digital ads and social media to landing pages and brand collateral. We're looking for someone who approaches their craft with an AI‑first mindset, actively leveraging emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and push creative boundaries. Responsibilities
- Concept and execute marketing design across paid social, digital advertising, email, and print
- Design and maintain brand‑consistent assets that support campaign and growth initiatives




- Create social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Design landing pages, web banners, and other web‑focused creative with an eye toward conversion
- Support ongoing brand development by upholding and evolving visual standards across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
- Incorporate feedback effectively and use data and performance insights to refine creative decisions
- Champion AI tools and workflows within the design team, proactively exploring new technologies and bringing actionable insights back to the broader marketing organization
- Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative, supportive design team
