Assembly Process Specialist Level 2MONTERREY FAS, MX-NLE, MexicoID: 66315---## Job Description## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.## Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesIn his/her field of expertise, and through either plant, program or generic processes, the Assembly Process Specialist will:* Analyze and optimize assembly lines to maximize efficiency and reduce waste • Perform and maintain line balancing studies • Develop and implement ergonomic improvements • Design or adapt customized tools and devices for operator support • Define and validate process parameters for: Fastening Riveting Cup forming Functional testing • Support welding processes (MAG/Laser) in analysis and impacts on Assembly process • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams • Lead process improvements to increase Direct Labor Efficiency (DLE) • Participate in new program launches and industrialization • Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and company standards • Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives • Reliability on function testersYou will be working on challenges that matters.Plant processes:* Continuous improvement: contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and equipment.* Trouble shooting: Support production or parts suppliers to solve problems related to his/her field of expertise.* Maintenance of series production: Engineering Change Management: Analyze, validate and implement process modifications related to his/her field of expertise. Maintain a local database of tooling and equipment to support capacity management.* Program: Feedback existing status and plant’s recommendations for process issues.
