Work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining broad experience.What You’ll Be DoingProvide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing facility.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.Support infrastructure components including servers, switches, routers, and wireless access points.Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.Assist with patch management, backups, and system accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.Collaborate with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.Other duties as assigned.What We
