What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer claims from intake through closure, ensuring accurate documentation, case ownership, milestone tracking, and timely communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Site Quality, Engineering, Field Service, Operations, and commercial stakeholders to support investigations and corrective-action follow-up.
- Communicate with customers by providing acknowledgments, status updates, evidence requests, containment updates, and formal responses such as 8D reports.
- Track commitments, due dates, containment actions, and escalation risks to ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time resolution.
