Role Overview
Vishay is currently seeking applicants for MES Super Key User – Critical Manufacturing, with versátil location across North Americas: Juarez Mexico / Yankton SD USA / Columbus NE USA, to support and drive excellence across our North American operations.

This role acts as the central point of expertise for MES-related topics, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and successful deployment of new functionalities and projects.

What you will be doing:
- Provide first-level support for local and regional CM Key Users
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalation when required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the MES system
- Support the extension and enhancement of MES (Critical Manufacturing) functional modules
- Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and system usage
