Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Controller Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial health and strategic decision-making through in-depth analysis, reporting, and control of financial performance. This position partners closely with the Controller Manager of the department, Finance organization, and cross functional teams (Share Services) to ensure the integrity of financial data, adherence to accounting standards, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards incl. IFRS.




- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries review, account reconciliations, and variance analysis on SAP platforms, OHEP Hyperion and other IT platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Consolidate financial results across business units and provide insightful commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities within the department.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead or support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections in coordination with business and operational teams.
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations to the manager and director of the department.
- Assist in developing financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and cost-reduction initiatives.
