About The Role
As a Sales Engineer for our Cloud Protection & Licensing (CPL) portfolio, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor for our account teams and customers across LATAM.



From the earliest stages of discovery through proof-of-value, you will design tailored architectures, lead compelling demonstrations, and position Thales’s solutions as the clear answer to our customers' most pressing application security and data protection challenges.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom and a technical deep-dive — someone who builds credibility fast and turns complex concepts into clear business value.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales roles within cybersecurity, enterprise software, networking, or security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with WAF, Bot Management, or DDoS solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English (B2+) and Spanish.
- Practical experience with cloud and containerization platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
