The Work You'll DoAs Manager, Global Infrastructure Programs, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact technology and operations initiatives across general teams.



You will provide strategic oversight and execution discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is responsible for mentoring and developing Project Managers, driving continuous improvement in delivery practices, and maintaining consistent execution standards. You will champion change management, risk mitigation, and financial stewardship, while offering executive-level visibility into project status and outcomes. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and success of Sovos' infrastructure programs, supporting our mission to deliver world-class compliance solutions.
More specifically, you will:
