What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute scalable, data‑driven hiring strategies that attract top‑tier talent and support Clara’s ambitious growth. You’ll partner closely with people partners & hiring managers to understand team needs, manage full‑cycle recruitment processes,



and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer. This role will play a key part in enhancing our employer brand, optimizing our use of Greenhouse (ATS), and embedding diversity into our recruitment approach.
- Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Clara’s business goals and hiring plans.
- Oversee full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive sourcing to find top candidates.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire).
- Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and apply innovations in recruiting practices and technology.
- Elevate Clara’s employer branding and support recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure hiring practices are inclusive and compliant with labor regulations.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events that build our pipeline and visibility.
