Responsibilities
- Supervise operations in the painting department (liquid, powder, and electrostatic): from surface preparation, application, drying/curing,



to final inspection.
- Plan, organize, and follow up on the production schedule for the painting line: shift scheduling, personnel assignment, time control, ensuring delivery compliance.
- Manage and develop the painting personnel: selection, training, performance evaluation, team motivation, task assignment and monitoring of compliance.
- Ensure painting processes comply with technical specifications, quality standards and required finishes (thickness, uniformity, adhesion, appearance).
- Coordinate material acquisition, inventory control and maintenance of application equipment (spray systems, powder coating, electrostatic equipment), ovens, booths, and other painting infrastructure.
- Conduct inspections and process audits, record results, identify deviations, propose corrective actions and continuous improvements.
