We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to pre-screening, evaluating, and supporting hiring decisions. The idóneo candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience and supporting administrative recruitment activities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Manage recruitment documentation and candidate data
- Support structured interview processes and competency-based assessments
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Generate recruitment and interviewing reports

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- +1yr Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
