Responsibilities
- Evaluate, determine, and drive program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex projects.
- Provide expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.
- Develop cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; manage and intervene as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.
- Provide primary support and guidance to the financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and preparation and release of technical/schedule information required for program/project planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline.
- Experience aligning customer needs with business competencies to drive growth in both existing programs and emerging markets.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively write technical reports and project proposals.
- Ability to be company spokesperson for key programs.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to demonstrate ethics and integrity.
- Detail-oriented with ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex problems.
- Expertise in related project management assignments is highly desired.
- Applied technical engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
- A broad knowledge of project management processes and principles.
- Manufacturing background is highly desirable.
- Ability to integrate complex engineering and production concepts with project management systems and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of business concepts and principles associated with project cost and forecasting including earned value, baseline change control.
- Proven excellence in effective communication, interactive and presentation skills.
- Desired PMI certification.
- Desired GBSS certification.
