and employee benefits.* Recording and monitoring accruals (profit sharing, Christmas bonus, vacations, bonuses, etc.).* Preparation and validation of payroll journal entries.* Analysis and reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts.* Preparation of financial reports and variance analysis.* Support month-end accounting closing activities.* Provide support to internal and external Finance stakeholders.* Coordinate with Payroll, Treasury, and Tax teams.* Reconciliation of payroll records against accounting records.* Reconciliation of accruals versus presente payments.* Reconciliation of bank accounts versus payroll disbursements.* Reconciliation of payroll CFDIs (electronic tax receipts) against accounting records.* Variance analysis and identification of inconsistencies.* Identification and mitigation of tax, accounting, and operational risks. .* Monitoring of outstanding items and resolution of discrepancies.The
