Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Answer Calls: Be the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls in a friendly and professional way.
- Schedule Jobs: Set up service appointments based on client availability and team schedules.
- Coordinate: Stay in touch with tenants, neighbors, and others to keep everything running smoothly and avoid disruptions.
- Customer Support: Help with questions or issues quickly while providing great customer service.
- Communication: Keep all communication clear, simple, and professional—both over the phone and in writing.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English Skills: You should be comfortable speaking and writing in English at a professional level.
- People Skills: Friendly, confident on the phone, and customer-focused.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus, especially if you’ve handled scheduling.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
