About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing end‑to‑end recruiting activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient,



high‑quality recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This position plays a key role in driving hiring strategies, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define effective hiring strategies
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions aligned with business priorities
- Utilizing ATS tools (Workday preferred) to manage pipelines and track candidate progress
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Supporting employer branding activities
