About the Role:
At JumpCloud, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Specialist to support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of our global compensation and benefits programs. This role supports the operational execution of benefits and compensation data across multiple regions, ensuring absolute data accuracy and compliance. By partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, you will directly support our global benefits programs,



compensation cycles, audits, and reporting. Your work will ensure our employees receive seamless, supportive care during life events, and that our Total Rewards operations run with high precision.
