Position Summary
We are seeking a Parker Hannifin is seeking a Technical Sales Representative / Territory Manager to drive growth for our Automation solutions portfolio, including motion and control technologies, pneumatic automation, and electromechanical automation products and systems.

This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across an assigned territory, supporting OEMs, direct accounts,



and distribution partners, and delivering technical sales support that aligns customer application needs with Parker’s automation capabilities. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial discipline with hands‑on technical consultation to achieve sales, margin, and customer development objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for Parker-Hannifin Automation solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, account development, and application discovery.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEM customers, direct accounts, distributors, integrators, and key decision‑makers.
- Provide technical consultation on pneumatic, electromechanical, motion, control, and automation system solutions.
