Job SummaryPosition to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream for Warner Bros. Discovery. Responsibilities include maintaining PTP processes, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, and reporting on overall Procure to Pay operations.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (vendor creation timely, invoices match PO’s correctly, invoices route to appropriate coders, etc.).
- Review PCard statement submissions for compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
- Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required, and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes and technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft,



Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in PeopleSoft Financials and SAP is preferred.
- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Complete understanding of the PTP process.
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently.
- Proven track record in meeting deadlines.
