About the RoleThis is a temporary 6-month position supporting the North America HVAC Sales Compensation Administration team. The Total Rewards Specialist will play a critical role in administering and executing sales incentive compensation processes, ensuring accurate and timely commission payments for employees across the business. This role requires a highly analytical professional with exceptional attention to detail,



advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage confidential compensation data while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Total Rewards Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting monthly and quarterly sales incentive compensation cycles.
- Administering compensation programs and supporting the maintenance of participant and plan data within compensation systems.
- Preparing, validating, reconciling, and processing commission and incentive calculation files.
- Reviewing compensation data and payout calculations to ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
- Completing quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintaining and overseeing compensation-related data, reporting, documentation, and audit controls.
- Addressing inquiries from employees, HR
