As an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the program buyer and the program team to oversee the supplier’s performance for high complexity programs, involving multiple plants, products, and start dates. You will be responsible for deploying and monitoring the APQP process, from development to launch, and ensuring the delivery of validated PPAPs. You will also provide technical guidance and feedback to the suppliers and the Forvia plant and manage the process qualification and audit at the supplier. You will secure the key characteristics of the products and manage the improvement plans for low performance suppliers.




Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology
- APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge
- Supplier audit process knowledge
- Fluent English
- Results oriented
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Product knowledge
- Processes knowledge
