Field Tech Senior Representative
- These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.
- They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.
- When the work is non[1]routine, they escape to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.
- Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
- May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
- Travel may be required.
- Typically requires 9-18 months relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Basic client service skills.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
