Responsibilities
- Maintain functional test equipment and support the electronics area.
- Establish, implement and maintain testing methods, equipment and systems for products within the area of responsibility.
- Research and develop new testing methods, design equipment and systems, and improve testing procedures.
- Use quality reports from the department to measure test equipment performance and implement improvements.
- Provide manufacturing cells with precise written test procedures,



maintenance routines and reference parts lists for use in manufacturing documents.
- Contribute to recording actions on test equipment and departmental projects for performance improvement.
- Provide technical assistance, services and support to product lines for manufacturing processes.
- Document projects in accordance with active lineages and implemented formats.
- Implement actions necessary to meet or exceed cost‑reduction targets within the area of responsibility.
- Act as a responsible team member with product engineers, quality and manufacturing staff to maintain high quality and productivity.
- Assist in developing and training manufacturing personnel for product operation and testing.
- Comply with safety policies, regulations and applicable procedures.
- Coordinate support and actions for junior test technicians and engineers.
- Define testing policies, standards and methodologies for the entire area.
- Allocate personnel, approve time and prioritize
