School of Physical Science and Technology (SPST) Officially approved to open on September 30th by China's Ministry of Education, Shanghai Tech University is a small-scale research university jointly established by Shanghai Municipal Government and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), which located at Zhang-Jiang High-Tech Park in Shanghai, China.
Shanghai Tech focuses on science and engineering with expected enrollment of 4,000 graduate and 2,000 undergraduate students. The School of Physical Science and Technology (SPST) at Shanghai Tech University aims to create an environment that embodies the future of academic research and talent cultivation.

D., an outstanding record of research accomplishments, an innovative future research plan, an ability to achieve teaching excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive community in the practice and teaching of science.
