The PPV Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support of the Strategic Purchasing team, ensuring Buyers execute procurement activities efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with Global Procurement Processes and company objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Purchasing Manager, this role serves as the operational link between strategic direction and execution by actively managing Buyers' workloads, monitoring performance, removing obstacles,



and driving continuous improvement.
The PPV Team Lead works closely with Sales, PPV Coordinator, Regional and Global Supply Chain Managers and Supplier partners to ensure customer inquiries are addressed correctly and in timely manner, strategic company goals are met through utilization of the right supply chains, supplier relationships maintained and developed, purchase orders are managed effectively, cost savings are achieved and customer commitments are fulfilled. This position requires a hands‑on leader with a "lead by example" mentality who is willing to work alongside Buyers to resolve challenges and maintain operational excellence.
