About the role:
The Global Business Services (GBS) US Recruiter supports recruitment activities across North America ,
partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire top talent for blue-collar roles. The role develops sourcing and recruitment strategies, leads networking and diversity hiring initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. By leveraging local labor market knowledge and recruitment expertise, the recruiter helps drive informed hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Adhere strictly to integral recruitment processes from start to finish.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Blue Collar positions, ensuring timely fulfillment through alignment with hiring managers and post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams.
Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through decision making process.
