Position OverviewAs part of the General Advanced Manufacturing Technology team, you will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience. This role applies DMAIC, Lean tools, and data analytics to drive measurable performance gains across operations and supporting functions. The Continuous Improvement Engineer focuses on leading well‑scoped improvement projects, facilitating kaizen events, standardizing best practices, and building problem‑solving capability within teams under guidance of senior CI leadership when needed.
Essential Functions




- Project Leadership (DMAIC / Lean): Lead cross‑functional Lean Six Sigma projects, define project charters, problem statements, goals, scope, benefits, timelines, risks, and stakeholder plans. Perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions with controls in place.
- Data & Statistical Analysis: Analyze process performance, support data collection plans, perform measurement system evaluation, and use statistical methods and software such as Excel, Minitab/JMP to interpret and communicate insights.
- Kaizen & Lean Deployment: Facilitate kaizen events, rapid improvement workshops, and implement Lean practices such as 5S, SMED, visual management, and pull systems.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other functions to drive adoption of improvements and communicate progress through governance tools.
