Your Tasks
- Responsible of tax compliance: monthly payments, annual tax return, tax report & ISSIF, INEGI, RNIE
- Tax refunds
- Manage tax requirements from SAT
- Electronic accounting
- Coordinate and assist external auditors
- Stay abreast and implement tax law changes

Your Profile
- In-depth Knowledge of Mexican Tax Legislation
- Expertise in ISR (Impuesto Sobre la Renta), IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado), and Código Fiscal de la Federación.
- Familiarity with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) requirements and electronic invoicing (CFDI).
- Experience with International Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Understanding of BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting), OECD guidelines, and double tax treaties.




- Practical experience with transfer pricing documentation and APA (Advance Pricing Agreements) in Mexico.
- Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Strong command of monthly and annual tax filings, DIOT, DIM, and Contabilidad Electrónica.
- Ability to manage tax audits and respond to SAT reviews effectively.
- Technology and ERP Systems
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Contpaqi for tax reporting and automation.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel advanced, Power BI, Alteryx) to support tax planning and compliance.
- Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Experience leading tax teams and collaborating with finance, legal, and operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
- English fluent
