Role Summary
Ancillary Equipment scope: Electronics, Controls, and Instruments + Sealing and wear components + C-items

You are a category management expert with experience in at least one of the following subcategories: Electronics, Controls,



and Instruments / Sealing and wear components / C-items; as well as knowing the industry like the back of your hand you are well versed in the global supplier base; ethics and integrity are central to your being, and you have great interpersonal skills. As Category Manager you will be accountable for defining and executing category strategies to provide a high‑performing supply base delivering the competitive edge required to support above‑market growth and industry leadership. As the Ancillary Equipment Category Manager, you will be closely collaborating with Supplier Performance, General Sourcing and Division Supply Chain to deliver cost reduction targets, ensure contractual coverage and supplier base optimisation.

- Lead the de‑risking of supply chain for managed categories by developing strategies or initiatives to qualify alternate sources and break sole or single source dependencies, addressing any geopolitical, financial, and other risks as applicable
