Job Description
Under general supervision, the Key Account Rep is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer quotes, orders, and dispute resolution. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports a shared portfolio of customer accounts and ensures seamless customer experience through efficient communication and service delivery.

- Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders,



and providing detailed product information.
- Reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications provided by customers to determine product needs.
- Managing and tracking customer requests from initial inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customer databases and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service, logistics , and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining customer records in customer database for accurate tracking and reporting.
