Accountable for driving successful delivery, standardization, and continuous improvement of global network services across all regions and locations. The role leads strategic upgrades, modernization programs, and transformation initiatives to ensure consistent execution, alignment to global standards, security and compliance requirements, and measurable business outcomes worldwide.
Working closely with the accountable Service Owner, regional IT leaders, operations teams, and key business stakeholders, the IT Service Manager ensures globally consistent network services while coordinating cross-region delivery,



prioritization, and service transition. The role provides global governance, aligns regional execution to enterprise objectives, and ensures solutions are fully documented, operationally ready, and transitioned into support with clear acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- WAN / SDWAN modernization: integral backbone uplift, policy-based routing, QoS.
- LAN / WLAN refresh: campus/branch/factory standards, NAC/802.1X, Wi‑Fi optimization.
- Core Services: DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) enhancements, NTP, load balancing (L4/L7).
- Cloud Networking: Azure/AWS/GCP connectivity (VNets/VPCs, peering, Transit Gateway), ExpressRoute/Direct Connect.
- Observability & Automation: telemetry, NetFlow/IPFIX, synthetic monitoring, config automation (Ansible/Terraform), API integrations.
