Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Management & Analytics Supervisor to bring our people strategy to life through people operations plan implementation, thoughtful compensation and benefits programs management, candid payroll workforce administration, labor, government and union relations management and world-class employee experience across México. As the primary People & Culture leader on site, you will serve as the main point of contact for HR strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between our people, culture and business priorities.
