About the RoleAs a Manager, Accounting & Controllership, you will lead critical accounting and financial reporting activities that support Carrier’s business operations and strategic objectives. In this role, you will ensure compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements, maintain a strong internal control environment, and provide valuable financial guidance to business partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the month‑end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Reviewing and submitting financial data, including HFM supplemental data, for Corporate Reporting and supporting CFIN initiatives.
- Reviewing and approving revenue recognition calculations and related accounting entries to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Reviewing and approving monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Serving as the primary contact for statutory filings and STAT‑to‑GAAP requirements.
- Performing balance sheet fluctuation analysis and maintaining a strong internal controls environment.
- Creating and maintaining accounting standard work documentation.
